- Add Damiana and Rose to a mason jar or other bottle.
- Add 750 ml of wine
- Store in the fridge for 7 days, shake once a day.
- Taste after 7 days. If ok, strain herbs and drank. If not ok, leave herbs and taste daily until it has your desired flavor.
You can add rose or hibiscus. Be careful with really aromatic herbs (mint, chamomile, lavender) because they're quite strong and can easily overpower your wine.
