Honey Garlic Glazed Pork Chops made with Cut It is now our new favorite thing. They're sweet and sticky and spicy. Pair it with mashed potatoes and hearty greens for a hearty dinner this season.
These chops are super quick and easy to make here's the recipe:
4 pork chops, bone out (bone in is OK, too)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
4-6 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 - 1/3 cup Cut It
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste
Turn on your broiler to Hi. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium to high heat. Season pork chops with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add the pork chops to the pan and cook on each side for 4 minutes. When the chops are done, put them on a plate to cool. In the same pan, add the butter and garlic, cook until fragrant. Add Cut It and apple cider vinegar, then stir over medium heat and allow to thicken. Once the sauce has thickened, add the chops to the pan and baste them in the sauce. Once the chops are basted, line a baking sheet with foil, then transfer the basted chops to the sheet and put them in the oven for a couple of minutes to get the edges nice and crispy.
