Sister Sister is one of our favorite tea blends. It is a blend of relaxing mints, rose petals, and cinnamon that helps you overcome your baby daddy, your mom, your begging cousin, scammers callin ya cell phone, your irritating boss, STRESS. This blend of herbs are called nervine relaxants. After a few sips, you'll find yourself overcoming tension and falling into a soothing, calm state.
- 0.5 ounce of tea, 10 single servings of tea (2 teaspoons for every 6 ounces of hot water) to 20 single servings of tea (1 teaspoon for every 6-8 ounces of hot water)
- Caffeine content: None - this is an herbal tea.
- Servings of Sister Sister can be brewed twice.

Chamomile: This old home remedy has been used for years to relieve tension. But Chamomile has many other uses, like relieving menstrual cramps, tight muscles, nightmares, stomach cramps, intermittent fever, motion sickness, diarrhea respiratory issues, and low appetite.
Spearmint: This mild mint is full of flavonoids, acetic acid, tannins, resin, gum, triterpenes, and necessary essential oils. Peppermint is stimulating and warming, even though it feels cool in your mouth or on your skin when you use it. That makes Peppermint a great option for getting over headaches, sore throat, nausea, vomiting, gas and bloating (after a meal, think Sunday dinner), menstrual cramps, morning sickness, muscle tension/spasms/cramps, cold, flu, and fever.
Rose: The plant contains tannins, flavonoids, sugars, pectin, citric acid, Vitamin C, and carotene. Its ability to soothe and ease anxiety is why the petals made it into our Sister Sister blend.
Lavender: The cooling relaxant is great for tense nerves and muscles, but it's also used for severe headaches, migraines, palpitations, dizziness, and motion sickness.
Cinnamon: This well known spice has been used forever for its warm, stimulating, and nourishing properties. Plus it tastes damn good. Bet ya didn't know Cinnamon has been used for menopause, cramps, pain in the lower back, sore muscles, postpartum, abdominal cramping, nausea, diarrhea, and slow digestion.
