Technically nowhere. All of oure teas are hand blended at our warehouse. We get herbs from lots of co-ops and herb farmers, then we mix them into the teas you love.

We're based in Maryland. Sometimes we get honey from apiaries here, sometimes we go to other places because we use so much every week we need a few suppliers.

We ship twice a week: Mondays and Thursdays. Depending on where you are in the country, you could get your order the next day (DMV area), in 2 days (NY, PA, FL) or 5 days (IL, CA , TX)

Orders of $50+ are shipped with signature confirmation at no cost to you. If your order is signed for, the USPS considers it delivered and we can't recover the package or the cost of the goods shipped. We do not refund or re-ship orders that have signature confirmation under any circumstance.
